Introduction to the Chiway Academy
The Chiway
Academy is the oldest school of acupuncture and Asian medicine in Switzerland and the only one which offers bilingual education
programs. The founder, Hamid Montakab, has
established the school in the
spirit of the ancient medical tradition and is
committed to this principle. The training concept is based on the extensive experience and deep knowledge of
our international speakers. One
of the specialties of the Academy is the emphasis on both Classical as well as traditional Chinese medicine. A structured, informed and broad education is highly
important to us.
The Academy offers training programs in the disciplines of acupuncture, Tuina massage and Chinese
herbal medicine. The program can
also be supplemented by additional studies in Chinese nutrition and Qi
Gong.
The
second pillar of
the academy is its continuing education courses, where the Academy
invites top speakers
from around the world.
